Venetian Islands Homes and Condos

The Venetian Islands are a chain of artificial islands in Biscayne Bay in the cities of Miami and Miami Beach, Florida. The islands are, from west to east: Biscayne Island and  San Marco Island, both Islands belong to Miami, and then San Marino Island, Di Lido Island, Rivo Alto Island and Belle Isle , all four belong to Miami Beach. Flagler Monument Island remains an uninhabited picnic island, originally built in 1920 as a memorial to railroad pioneer Henry Flagler. The islands are connected by bridges from the Miami mainland to Miami Beach, those bridges are well known as the Venetian Causeway.

These Islands are home to apartment buildings and residential neighborhoods with luxury homes that are priced at the lowest around USD 1M. It is a very exclusive location to live, minutes away from Miami and Miami Beach, most homes have wide bay views that makes that place unique. There is a limited number of buildings and the views from some of the units in these buildings  are gorgeous. In winter time, many famous actors and socialites spend their winter as it is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Miami Beach. During the winter time, rent starts at USD 8,000 a month for the smallest homes and can reach up to USD 90,000 dollars a month.
