SKYRISE MIAMI

The Skyrise Miami will change the Skyline of the new Miami. Also called the Eiffel tower of Miami, it will rise 1000 feet above the sea and will be located in Biscayne Bay, next to the Bayside Market place. SkyRise Miami is walking distance from a variety of other entertainment venues including: the American Airlines Arena (nearly 3 million annual visitors), home to the world champion Miami Heat; Museum Park, with its two brand new venues, the Science Museum (550,000 projected annual visitors) and the Miami Art Museum (200,000 projected annual visitors), Adrienne Arsht Performing Arts Center (500,000 annual visitors); and Bayfront Park with over 500,000 annual visitors.

Also within walking distance is Miami-Dade College with over 30,000 students and the new All Abroad Florida station (opening 2016) which will provide state-of-the-art train service between Miami and Orlando, Florida (projected 5 million annual passengers). Also scheduled to open within the next few years and within a short walk of SkyRise Miami is the New Miami World Center which includes a 600,000 square feet convention center and a 1,800 room convention hotel.

The Skyrise Miami will have three observation decks that will allow unparallel views up to 40 miles distance.

SKYRISE SKY HIGH CLUB: The Tower’s private club, perched almost 1,000 feet above Biscayne Bay, will be one of the most exclusive in the world with a limited membership-only opportunity. Many of the world’s top celebrities, diplomats, athletes and leaders will socialize, in a magnificent private space with breathtaking views.

SKYRISE NIGHTCLUB: All of the elegance and excitement of Miami’s club scene will now be topped by this ultimate nightclub. The Tower will take Miami’s nightlife to another level. Open until the wee hours of the morning, all of the glamour of Miami’s world famous club scene will be literally topped by the ultimate nightclub perched nearly 1,000 feet above Biscayne Bay.

SKYRISE RESTAURANT: The Tower restaurant will rival the finest culinary experiences in the world. As a bonus to the fine dining white tablecloth restaurant, which will be designed to maximize the views, this world-class dining experience will begin at 900 feet above Miami, offering haute cuisine surrounded by unsurpassed views

SKYRISE BALLROOM: Destined to become famous as one of the most beautiful and elegant ballrooms in the world, the Tower Ballroom will be the choice location for every “It” event from South Florida and the Americas. Located at over 830 feet, the views will be spectacular, the Tower Ballroom will be one of the most incredible locations for galas, celebrations, parties and events in the entire world. The Ballroom is being designed to accommodate 500 seated guests.

SKYRISE MEETING AND CONFERENCE CENTER: The Tower’s Meeting and Conference Center will be located some 820 feet above sea level. The 9,500 square foot conference center, plus an additional 4,000 square feet of circulation space, will contain private meeting rooms for corporate functions, small events, private parties, seminars and conferences.
