Welcome to my Website and thank you for stopping by. My name is Patricia Noriega Vela and I am a realtor specialized in the areas of Edgewater/Midtown, Miami Beach and the Venetian Isles. Since I came to South Florida in 2000 I fell in love with the sun, blue sky and wonderful water landscapes that are everywhere to see in this part of the country. Now, I am dedicated to promote the area and help people invest in South Florida, be it a home, vacation home or investment property.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Master’s Degree in International Marketing, I have a solid professional background that supports my Real Estate activity, especially when working with investors. My knowledge of foreign languages such as English, Spanish, German, Portuguese and French opens doors to working with a wider international community.
